CHAIR & NED MEMBERSHIP

Inspiring Non-executive Directors to gain knowledge and outperform on their Boards

Criticaleye provides Non-executives with the tools and insights required to develop a successful portfolio career. Whether you're a seasoned NED or just starting out, you'll have an opportunity to engage with senior executives and NEDs across our global Community.

Our year-long, Chair Ready Programme is designed for NEDs looking to step into their first Chair role, or those who have recently become a Chair for the first time.

Yetunde Hofmann, Non-executive Director, Cranswick Country Foods

"What Criticaleye offers is a safe space for NEDs to ask questions and listen to how other Boards are tackling common issues. Now more than ever, organisations need their NEDs to bring new thinking, challenge and diversity of thought, so non-executives must actively find ways to bring the outside in to their Board discussions."

CHAIR-READY PROGRAMME

Inspiring, empowering and developing new and aspiring Chairs.

Criticaleye’s Chair-Ready Programme is designed for experienced non-executive directors who want to step into their first Chair role, senior independent directors and those who have recently taken on a Chair role for the first time, helping to develop the participants Chairing instincts and capabilities.

The Chair-Ready Programme offers invaluable access to well-established Chairs who will share the benefit of their experience, war stories and all, to support the development of participants.

Maria Darby-Walker

"As a Senior Independent Director on a number of Boards, there are times when I have had to step in when a Chair was absent or unavailable. I wanted to feel better equipped both from a confidence and from a skills perspective, but also to consider whether or not to apply for Chair roles myself. The Criticaleye Chair-Ready Programme has been invaluable, providing me with both skills and confidence while offering access to a valuable network of Chairs and NEDs for advice. I highly recommend it."

ADVISORY MEMBERSHIP

Our Advisory Members are organisations that have the necessary expertise to offer best-in-class advice to our Community.

Criticaleye’s Advisory Partners are an invaluable source of expertise within Criticaleye. They actively participate in all aspects of our Community, complementing the experience of our Executive and Non-executive Members with deep seated technical knowledge. In return, they receive access to C-suite executives and leaders and a unique opportunity to forge relationships with decision makers in an open and trusted environment.

Rachel Barton, Global Private Equity Lead - Accenture Strategy, Accenture

"There are many business networks out there, but it’s always hard to get the right calibre of individual to attend. Somehow Criticaleye manages to get those at the very top of their organisations. We walk away from Retreats knowing that relationships have been made and collaboration happens thereafter. That can only really take place when you have the right decision-makers brought together into one room."
