Diana was appointed Culture, Leadership and Behaviour Change Innovator for Accenture UK and Ireland in October 2020. She is also Managing Director in their Talent & Organisation / Human Potential Practice in London. Diana leads the culture community globally and has been making a difference to businesses for 20 years as a consultant, coach and business unit leader.

Since joining Accenture in 2005, Diana's focus has been on culture and leadership: changing ways of working, coaching senior executives to lead change, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, as well as organisation design and governance. 

Diana's clients value her structured and collaborative approach to create concrete results and enduring value for their organisations, and the fact that she approaches leadership and culture change in a pragmatic, metrics-driven way. She was short-listed for the Management Consulting Association Awards in 2012 for her team's client work in culture and leadership.

Diana has an MBA from London Business School (where she specialised in change management and strategy), a BSc in Psychology from Bristol University and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
