Gwen Ventris is Executive Chair of Alvant Group PLC, an advanced materials technology group specialising in the design, development and production of aluminium-based metal matrix composite components for demanding engineering applications across a wide range of industry sectors. She is also Chair of Speakerbus Group, an international technology business focused on the financial services sector and working with major banks to provide flexible, cost effective and regulatory compliant technology solutions.

In addition, Gwen is Chair of RECLAIM, a leadership charity supporting working class young people to achieve success. Gwen has extensive experience in leading, growing, restructuring, acquiring, merging and managing businesses and transformational change. She has successfully held global Plc Board, CEO, COO and SVP roles in major organisations internationally, operating in highly turbulent, technology-disruptive sectors.

She holds a Masters in Strategy and Change. She has developed specialist, hands-on skills and solutions working with and mentoring individual executives and teams. Gwen also works with international NGOs and UK charities to advise and coach their Board members, whilst supporting and enabling key transformation objectives.
