Mark is the CFO at Integra Technical Services. Previously, he was the Finance Director of Hood Group Ltd, a specialist in general insurance including Home, Travel and Pet, to some of the most well respected brands, insurance partners and financial intermediaries.
Between 2014 and 2016, Mark was the Corporate Development Director of Charles Taylor Adjusting, which is a division of Charles Taylor plc.
Mark spent much of his career in financial and general management executive and non-executive roles with market leading global aviation loss adjusting and risk and asset management services business, Airclaims Holdings Limited.
Mark led an MBO backed by private equity firm, LDC in 2005. Under his leadership, turnover and profitability trebled and geographic footprint was enhanced with new offices opened in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Abu Dhabi and US. Airclaims demerged its aviation data / media services business which became Ascend Worldwide Limited. He remained a Non-Executive Director of Ascend until LDC exited both companies in 2011, having achieved a very successful ROI.
Post exit, he was appointed to the Global Management Team of the acquirer, McLarens Young International, to oversee the integration process before leaving the business in 2013.
