Criticaleye Team Programmes utilise the Retreat format to bring together senior
leadership teams. These events are entirely focused on aligning and improving the
collective capabilities of the CEO and their executive team, based on some of the
barriers identified by the Programme Director.
Every part of the Executive Team Retreat is tailored to the requirements of the
leadership team involved. We invite other leaders, seasoned executives and nonexecutives
