Board Mentor
Board Mentors are currently in their non-executive portfolio career, having operated previously at Board level. They are appointed to Criticaleye on the strength of their personality, commercial expertise, reputation, ability to build relationships and connect, as well as having the desire to support Executive Members as a Mentor.
 
Each Executive Member is allocated a dedicated Board Mentor as their 'sounding board' to formally engage with on a one-on -one basis. The wonderful diversity of Criticaleye Board Mentors represents the great breadth of the Membership and the ability to engage leadership in its broadest context. It is very important that the Board Mentor has a wealth of experience at a senior organisational level and is very active in their plural career, bringing to the Member insight and up to the date 'currency' on national/global issues and Board dynamics.

Operations Manager
Salary £32-40k

Based in our London office in Blackfriars, Criticaleye is a peer-to-peer Board Community for CEOs, senior executives, and global leadership teams. We have over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and senior teams.

Criticaleye is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Operations Manager for the Relationship Management team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the operations functions for the Relationship Management (RM) team runs both efficiently and effectively, working closely with the Managing Director on implementing/simplifying current/new processes within RM team and companywide. Operations Manager will also be first point of contact to other teams within Criticaleye.

The ideal candidate will be a creative team player with strong business knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a great team around you and will regularly engage with our Board Mentors and team members to deliver a timely service to customers and to the wider Criticaleye team. The outcomes and impacts you have will be considerable.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Oversee, update and distribute RM team documentation, including the RM Manual; ensuring this is accurate and kept up to date
• Oversee the cleaning of data on our CRM system (CMS) to make it more consistent and to improve the website user experience
• Manage and oversee the RM operations team and board mentoring team
• Be the relationship managers’ team representative for internal committees.
• Administrative support for Criticaleye events
• Support the customer service delivery of the RM team
• Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics of the Relationship Management team,
• Work closely with the Editorial Team to utilise Criticaleye content exposure
•  Identify new processes / simplify current processes to improve efficiency of RM operations and KPI record-keeping
• Compile, schedule, review and prepare monthly Corporate Accounts Day

Events Intern
Criticaleye is a Peer-to-Peer Board Community for CEOs, senior executives and global leadership teams. We have over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and senior teams, providing a full range of support - from personal leadership development to achieving strategic alignment.

Summary of Position
The Events Intern role is vital to the success of Criticaleye’s diverse Event Programme. You will assist the Events Director & Senior Events Executive with the organisation and execution of the Events Programme, consisting of approximately 100 events each year. Types of events include virtual Roundtables, virtual Forums, discussion groups and residential hybrid ‘Retreats’.

The role is based in Blackfriars (London) and will require some travel (predominantly UK), early morning and evening work.

As the Events Intern, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects and your main responsibilities will include:
  • To support the Events Team on the delivery of the events calendar – in person and virtual
  • Maintenance of the events and microsite on the company website
  • Attending events and assisting with the registration process
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Monthly reporting delivery KPIs
  • Create summary reports of each event outlining how data gathered from current events can be used to develop successful future events
  • Collaborate within all areas of the business
  • Organising and delivering the company's Christmas and Summer parties
  • Organising and delivery of the company’s virtual programme
  • Represent the events team in the Learning & Social Committee
  • Maintaining the high standard of Criticaleye’s diverse events
  • No two days are the same! There’s lots of variety and opportunity for you to contribute towards optimising our service delivery.
