Throughout his career, Charlie has held diverse roles, including overseeing operations and HR across Sub-Saharan Africa for CDC Capital Partners. He drove international management development initiatives at Corus Tata and managed industrial relations in the public sector. These experiences have established him as a leader skilled at integrating strategic goals with human-centric solutions.
Charlie holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from London South Bank University, serves as a Board Mentor at Criticaleye and is a Board Adviser at Portsmouth University. Facilitating key discussions on leadership dynamics, stakeholder management and strategic transformation. He is a passionate advocate for adaptability and relational leadership.
