Gary Kildare

Gary is an experienced global business executive in the technology and professional services industry. He has lived and worked around the world, leading teams and working with clients. Gary serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Crowe LLP, a leading Audit, Tax, Advisory and Risk firm, and is a member of The Public Interest Committee; an Independent Non-executive Director for The Information Commission; a Lay Member of the Legal Services Board (Ministry of Justice); a Board Member of the British Quality Foundation; and a member of The Court of Heriot-Watt University.

Prior to his non-executive career, Gary held a range of senior global leadership roles atthe IBM Corporation, where he was a member of the Top 250 leadership team and was based in London, New York, Paris, and Madrid. His executive career included responsibility for global workforce strategy, enterprise risk, and large-scale transformation across Europe, the Americas, and global markets. He is a former Chief HR Officer for Europe and Global Head of Labour Relations for the IBM Corporation.

Gary has previously served as a NED for MoD, HMRC, Education Scotland, the National Skills Academy (Financial Services) and as an Advisor to The British Council Board of Governors and a Member of the CBI Business Council for Scotland.

Gary is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is married with three children.
