Natalie has built a non-executive portfolio across a diverse range of sectors. She is currently Chair of The Connection Project Ltd and Cash Access UK, and a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at Spire PLC, the UK's largest listed private hospital group. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Openreach, the UK's largest broadband network provider.

Until January 2026, Natalie was Senior Independent Director of LV=, one of the UK's largest mutual insurers. Until June 2024, she was a Non-Executive Director of Anglian Water Services, one of the UK's largest privately owned water and wastewater companies. She was previously Remuneration Committee Chair at Ford Credit Europe Bank.

Natalie had an executive career spanning the public and private sectors, across a range of policy, leadership and regulatory roles. She’s a change leader by background, with a track record of leading technology-enabled transformation. Her executive career included a strategy consultancy background at McKinsey & Company, executive team member of HSBC UK, and three CEO roles including at The National Archives, the Financial Ombudsman Service and Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service.
