Sanjeev is a Non-executive Director at SEBA Bank AG, a regulated blockchain banking tech business based in Switzerland, where he is Chair of both the Audit and Risk committees. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director at FiCAS AG, a Swiss-based asset management firm listed on the Six Swiss Exchange, where he is also the Chair of the Audit & Risk committees.

 

Sanjeev is developing a portfolio of international non-executive directorships with a focus on financial services, FinTech and responsible investment. He has expertise in digital transformation, M&A, global markets, ESG, risk and audit, and he is passionate about business ethics, philanthropy and helping others achieve their goals through responsible growth.

 

He is currently an Advisory Board Member on the Swiss Impact Investment Association for ESG and is a guest lecturer at St. Gallen University. He also founded WIR Advisory AG, a Swiss-incorporated firm which is focused on wealth advisory, impact and FinTech investments and risk management.

 

After 28 years at UBS, Sanjeev’s last role was as Group Managing Director & Senior Global Advisor of Ultra High Net Worth for the Wealth Management division. He played a pivotal role in the leadership team, providing senior client coverage to grow the business in Global Family offices, as well as technology-based new economy clients in China.

 

Previously, Sanjeev sat on the Executive Committee of the Global Wealth Management Committee and was Chief Risk Officer for UBS Global Wealth Management, during which, he was Chair of the Risk Committee and member of the Executive and Operating committees.

 

During Sanjeev’s career at UBS, he was a NED on the Board of UBS Canada and a Board Trustee of the Lifeline Center for Child Development in New York City.
