Pascal is a global consumer products executive with 37 years of experience; 20 of which have been spent in Asia, building, growing and transforming businesses within publicly-traded consumer companies.
 
Formerly an advisor to Danone’s CEO on the company strategy in Asia, Pascal was also involved with external partnerships and the development of Asian talent for the future. He is a seasoned Board Member with Board memberships in Danone businesses and JVs in Japan, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.
 
Prior to joining Danone Asia, Pascal led the Strategic Resource Cycles mandate at Danone Group as EVP and Executive Committee Member to successfully design and drive Danone's 2020 transformation plan for a sustainable, collaborative and community-engaging future. He prominently led the launch of Danone’s Climate Policy and Net Zero Commitment at COP21 in Paris.
 
Pascal previously had key leadership roles at Fonterra and Fraser and Neave, leading major transformation programmes which involved professionalising family-owned business and JVs, bold growth initiatives, geographic expansion, organisational change and stakeholder value creation, with high-performing teams.

Currently Pascal serves as a Non-Executive Director at both Alsafi Danone and Growthwell Foods. He also serves as president at Co-Future Pte. Ltd, helping companies design and shape a more sustainable future.
