Chin Seng Lee

Chin Seng currently holds portfolio roles across corporate, nonprofit, and academic sectors. He helps international executives lead successfully in Asian contexts, and supports Asian leaders in thriving on the global stage. He serves on the Boards of The Food Bank Singapore and Fei Yue Family Services, both respected Institutions of Public Character. As a Board Mentor with Criticaleye (UK), he coaches senior leaders on navigating team dynamics and board relationships across diverse business environments. He also contributes to leadership development through his roles with Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy and SMU Executive Development.

In his former executive career, ChinSeng held senior HR leadership roles across Asia Pacific, with board responsibilities and multiple international assignments to high-growth markets. As Vice President, People & Organisation for Asia Pacific, Russia & Belarus at a top-tier FMCG headquartered in the US/Europe, he sat on the global HR leadership team and partnered closely with the regional President as co-pilot. Under his leadership, regional teams consistently ranked among the global top five in “Great Place to Work” surveys, and he built a strong track record in developing culturally agile senior leaders who deliver great results.
