In his former executive career, ChinSeng held senior HR leadership roles across Asia Pacific, with board responsibilities and multiple international assignments to high-growth markets. As Vice President, People & Organisation for Asia Pacific, Russia & Belarus at a top-tier FMCG headquartered in the US/Europe, he sat on the global HR leadership team and partnered closely with the regional President as co-pilot. Under his leadership, regional teams consistently ranked among the global top five in “Great Place to Work” surveys, and he built a strong track record in developing culturally agile senior leaders who deliver great results.
