Rachel is currently Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at FTSE100 constituent Ocado Group plc, which licenses grocery technology. She is also Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair at Marstons plc, a British hotel and pub operator. 

Rachel was formerly the CEO of Ted Baker. In addition to her tenure at Ted Baker, she held CFO roles at Debenhams plc, Domino’s Pizza Group plc, John Lewis and Sodexo.
 
As a CFO, Rachel directed transformations, turnarounds and financial restructuring, as well as influencing and leading on stakeholder management. As CEO for Ted Baker, she led a successful turnaround through a historic inventory overstatement at the company, and was instrumental in bringing this challenge to the attention of its Board.
 
Along with her current non-executive roles, she was previously a NED at FTSE 250 home furnishings retailer Dunelm. Additionally, she was previously NED at HCMTS Board from 2014 - 2018. HMCTS Board is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice.
