Mui Hoon Poh is an established Board director and digital economy strategist with
extensive experience in executive leadership and Board governance. Her expertise spans across technology, fintech, data centers, cloud services, telecommunications and food technology, guiding organisations towards strategic growth and operational excellence.

Currently, Mui Hoon serves as an Independent Non-Executive Board Director at the Fred Hollows Foundation Hong Kong and the Singapore Eye Research Institute, where she contributes her insights on governance and strategy. She is also an advisor at QED, a private sector think tank in Asia specialising in issues affecting C-suite leadership.

Mui Hoon previously served as a Governing Council Member at the Singapore Institute of Directors, playing a key role in elevating corporate governance standards and practices within Singapore. Additionally, her tenure as a Board member at Singapore Pools Ltd and Pte Ltd was marked by her vital contributions in finance, risk management, technology and corporate governance, leading to substantial organisational transformations.

As a co-founder of RiverLife Ventures Group, a business group that includes restaurants, food services and technology platforms targeted at the F&B industry, Mui Hoon has effectively applied her business acumen to navigate and grow the company in a competitive market.

Mui Hoon holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the National University of Singapore. She continually expands her knowledge, as evidenced by her studies in AI Ethics and Governance and Business Sustainability. Recognised as an SG100 Women in Tech Honouree and a distinguished alumnus of the NUS Institute of Systems Science, Mui Hoon combines her passion for technology with a commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.
