Sam Greenlees is the Director of Business Continuity & Recovery Services (BCRS) in the UK and Ireland. Sam first joined IBM 20 years ago and has acquired a broad knowledge of IBM technology through a variety of sales and management positions. As a client executive, Sam built up specialist knowledge of the General Business market, running the Channels Software Business Unit for UK Ireland and South Africa. Sam also worked closely with the UK and Ireland Country General Manager, which gave him a good insight into IBM's business at senior levels.
Sam's combination of technical insight and commercial experience brings a deep understanding of client's issues and expertise in BCRS. Sam says:
