Simon spent more than 35 years in international banking, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CIB) at Standard Chartered from 2016 to 2024. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Nordea Bank and Olam Group, sitting on Risk, Audit and Sustainability Committees. He is also Chair of the Advisory Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business.
