Johan brings over 20 years of experience in supporting FTSE100/Fortune50 C-suite leaders with executive recruiting, talent management, and leadership assessment and in identifying and driving organisational optimisation initiatives in support of strategic business outcomes.

He focuses on senior leadership appointments, C-suite leadership teams, and NEDs, and has a well-established national and international diverse network. Johan works across a variety of business sectors, functions, and geographies and supports our clients both with search and advisory services.

Following a degree in business, in London, Johan spent his early career in consulting. Johan then joined and started his career working for large multinational corporations, where he has been supporting business leaders across a range of business functions, including Tech/IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Transformation and Human Resources. In previous roles, he has led teams across multi-country geographies, corporate and change/transformation teams, and personally supported and coached leaders in many different contexts. In addition, Johan has lived and worked in 7 countries, travelled to most corners of the world and speaks several languages, and is therefore well placed to support our clients in international as well as domestic settings.

As Johan joined the Executive Search and Advisory industry, he is now truly dedicated to his passions for helping people and businesses be better and realize their potential.
In his spare time, Johan is a devoted husband and father to his three children and a hobby enthusiast of fitness, travel, and any activity that provides a good excuse to be outdoors in the sunshine!
