Shatish is Chair of UNICEF UK, and also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at four leading public companies, Genuit Group plc, SIG plc, Renew Holdings plc and Speedy Hire plc.

A strategic and commercially-focused business leader and NED, Shatish has a proven track record of driving shareholder value. He has strong international experience across a number of sectors including industrial, business services, advanced electronics, building materials and infrastructure. Shatish has also been a NED at Camelot Group plc, where he sat on the Audit & Risk Committee, and a Public Member at Network Rail.

In his executive career, Shatish was CFO at Forterra, joining the business while under private equity ownership and successfully taking it through an IPO, with a listing on the main market in London in April 2016. The Group’s market capitalisation increased from £360m to £690m leading to its entry into the FTSE250. At the same time net debt reduced by over £110m.

From 2008 to 2014 Shatish was CFO at TT Electronics plc where he implemented a major transformation programme together with the CEO. Prior to this, Shatish was at De La Rue plc, where he supported the restructuring and subsequent sale of the cash systems business to private equity.

Shatish graduated from Oxford University prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School. He lives in Middlesex with his family and enjoys travel, experiencing different cultures, and sport, including football, cricket and tennis.
