Gareth is the Chief Talent Officer of UniMo Group, whose objective is to become the world’s leading network in the Private Fundraising industry, enabling both Capital Investment and Charitable Fundraising Solutions, to achieve a better world. Gareth is also Chair of Trustees of NOCN Group, a role he has had since 2016. NOCN is an awarding organisation which creates opportunities for students and learners, providing qualifications including vocational skills, employability training, productivity improvement, traineeships and apprenticeships. NOCN Group includes C-Skills and NOCN Foundation India.
He is a former Board Advisor and Head of Talent at Global Finance Network, which connects private companies seeking investment with potential investors and the brokers/licensed intermediaries that manage the deals. Prior to this Gareth was Group HR Director at M&G Prudential, which demerged from Prudential plc in 2019 and listed as M&G plc on the London Stock Exchange. He was previously Head of Organisational Development & Training, having joined Prudential’s fund management business in 1998, just ahead of its integration with M&G.
In his early career, Gareth held a range of commercial and business management and development roles with profit and loss responsibility. Prior to joining M&G, he was a managing consultant with a business focused on leadership development and project and risk management, with a particular emphasis on the financial sector.
Gareth has an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University. He is married with a grown-up daughter. He is a keen marathon runner.
