Siva is an Interim Senior Consultant at UNITE Group guiding the Operations Division in developing infrastructure to improve cash flow forecasting and cash management.

Prior to this, Siva was the Corporate Finance Director of SEGRO plc from Oct 08 - Nov 11 with responsbility for strategic / financial planning and M&A for a £5.5 billion pan-European real estate portfolio. In addition, for a period of 18 months during the financial crisis, he oversaw investor relations, portfolio valuation and KPI reporting. Prior to this, he was the Finance Director of SEGRO's £3.5bn UK division between Sept 06 - Sept 08.

Siva graduated with a degree in Economics from Cambridge in 1993 and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1997. He joined Blue Circle Plc in 1997 where he was appointed regional controller for the European division and then for the South East Asian operations from 1998.

Following the takeover of Blue Circle plc by Lafarge SA, Siva was appointed VP strategy in 2002, and then to general management roles in 2004 and 2005 focused on business performance improvement and restructuring.

Siva has 15 years international experience in blue chip companies in roles encompassing transforming finance functions into commercially oriented business partners, strategic & financial planning, M&A / integration, change management, investor relations, bid defence, financial control and systems implementation.
