Natalie has developed a non-executive portfolio across a diverse range of sectors. She is currently Chair of Cash Access UK, Senior Independent Director of LV=, one of the United Kingdom's largest mutual insurance companies and RemCo Chair at Spire PLC, the UK’s largest listed private hospital group. Natalie is also a NED at OpenReach, the UK’s largest broadband provider. Until June 2024, she was a NED at Anglian Water Services, one of the largest water and wastewater companies in the UK, and privately owned. She was also RemCo Chair at Ford Credit Europe Bank.
Natalie had an executive career spanning the public and private sectors, across a range of policy, leadership and regulatory roles. She’s a change leader by background, with a track record of leading technology-enabled transformation. Her executive career included a strategy consultancy background at McKinsey & Company, executive team member of HSBC UK, and three CEO roles including at The National Archives, the Financial Ombudsman Service and Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service.
