Catherine is Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and Mobility at Dufry Group. Dufry Group has recently acquired World Duty Free and is in the process of significant organisation change and transformation. Catherine has played a significantly role in supporting the integration and organisational change programme. Prior to this Catherine was Head of Global Reward and Organisation Design at retailer World Duty Free Group.

Catherine was heavily involved in a major change programme prior to the recent acquisition which was to create a single World Duty Free Group following a spate of their own acquisitions in recent years. This programme was to drive business transformation through global reward programmes and creating the right structures for the future organisation. Catherine is now part of the integration team following the acquisition by Dufry.

Catherine has previously worked on a consultancy basis for Sony Pictures and Bank of New York Mellon developing and implementing international HR programmes. Previous to working in consultancy, Catherine was Head of Reward for Camelot Group plc, and has 20 years experience with multi-national organisations.
