Amy Francis is a Senior Relationship Manager and Trusted Advisor for Executive and Non-executive Directors within the Criticaleye Community having joined the business in January 2016. Her client range is industry agnostic and includes FTSE 350, AIM listed, private equity and privately owned businesses.
Amy is responsible for supporting her clients draw out and identify their key business and leadership challenges, to which she creates valuable solutions through the specific engagement with those outside of their own industry. This gives her clients a platform to benchmark and get the candid critique and insights required to improve / accelerate their own business and personal decision-making. She chairs discussion groups, one-to-one interviews and facilitates the stress-testing of business critical issues, such as an M&A integration strategy
Amy also brings over four years’ experience in a professional global membership association, having previously held the role of Business Development & Regional Operations Manager at the International Project Finance Association (IPFA). During this time, Amy was responsible for promoting and representing the interests of both public and private sector organisations involved in project finance and public private partnerships (PPPs) worldwide. Her client base included key players from the infrastructure and energy industry, such as financial institutions, project sponsors, law firms and construction companies.
Prior to this, she spent eight years managing corporate events.
