Helena Feltham

Helena has over 30 years of experience working in Consumer facing businesses, most recently serving as SID , and then as Interim Chair, of Ted Baker PLC where in 2022 she led the successful sale of the Business to ABG. During this period, she was also Chair of the Nominations committee and sat on both Audit and Remuneration Committees.
 
Helena’s other NED appointments include Redcentric PLC , an IT Managed Services Provider , where she chaired the Remuneration Committee and served on Nominations and Audit Committees, and she is also a Director at Dogwoof, a Film Documentary Business .
 
As a NED, Helena also recently Chaired the Remuneration Committee of Hostmore PLC prior to it going in o Voluntary Administration in September 2024.
 
Beyond this, Helena has also served as a NED in the NHS and for the National Assembly of Wales and as a Trustee for the Retail Trust 
 
Her Executive appointments included Chief People officer roles at Marks & Spencer , Woolworths South Africa, B&Q Kingfisher and she has also spent time in Executive Search working for Odgers Berndston  covering senior appointments across both public and private sectors.
