Nick Thomas is a Relationship Manager at Criticaleye, where he works with a diverse portfolio of Non-executive Members, working with them to achieve their strategic business and career objectives. As a Relationship Manager, he is passionate about the sharing of expertise and innovation across businesses and enjoys the insight into business-critical issues and the openness of the community to share learnings and stories.
Nick has strong knowledge of relationship management having worked as Membership Manager and Account Manager in the Media and Insurance sectors. He joined from Creativebrief where he was Agency Membership Manager. This role involved liaising with the sales and account management teams as well as all other parts of the business to manage the retention of members including the use of data analytics to show value received throughout their membership.
Before working in media, Nick worked in insurance having joined a Lloyd’s of London broker after university as a trainee broker before becoming Senior Account Executive. He then went into the niche market of insuring TV Shows / Films / Advertising for 6 years, working with broadcasters such as ITV / BBC / NBCUniversal / Sky and production companies including Endemol / Shine / IMG and many others.
Nick enjoys sport and is a keen hockey player, playing for a men’s Saturday team and a mixed Sunday team.
