Benny H. Goh
Benny is currently Non-executive Director at Cyber Data Centre, a disruptive and innovative co-location data centre based in Singapore; Innovation Advisor at IPI Singapore; and Non-executive Director at TaqTik Health, a leading marketplace platform for medical specialists and patients. A Singaporean, Benny has spent most of his career based in a multitude of cities, including Chicago, Shanghai, Jakarta and Hong Kong.
Until 2018, Benny was Managing Director for Asia at Aggreko plc, where he had P&L responsibility across the region, including India and Mongolia. Prior to Aggreko, Benny was President of Tyco Asia and concurrently, President of Tyco China. He joined Tyco in 2013 and led the combined fire and security installation services business in Asia, covering Greater China, Korea and Southeast Asia.
Previously, Benny held various leadership positions in the industrial sector, including President of NYSE-listed company, China Yuchai International; Managing Director and Vice President of North Asia for the climate solutions business of Ingersoll Rand; and Vice President of Strategic Development and Marketing for Asia Pacific at Trane Commercial Systems.
Earlier in his career, Benny was a Management Consultant with AT Kearney and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. This followed a 12-year career with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), where he rose to Lt Colonel in the Policy Office at the Ministry of Defence.
While with the RSAF, Benny won the coveted Andover Prize (for the Best Foreign Student) at the RAF Advanced Staff College in Bracknell, United Kingdom.
