Dariusz was on the board of PZ Cussons as Non-executive Director until October 2023, and was a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committees. He was also Chair of the Supervisory Board of the University of Economics and Business in Poznan, Poland.
Most recently in his executive career, Dariusz was Global COO and Chief Top Line Officer of Haribo, the international confectionery company, leading its global commercial operations.
He has previously held senior leadership roles at Danone, where he led the baby food business in Asia Pacific and had full accountability for a €1.8bn turnover business.
Prior to moving to Asia in 2011, Dariusz was VP of Eastern Europe for Danone / Royal Numico. He joined Danone in 2006 after a successful career with Wrigley, where he held roles including Regional Vice President of Central Europe and UK Managing Director.
Dariusz lives in Germany, keeps fit through golf and tennis, and enjoys the arts and travel.
