Max joined Criticaleye as a Relationship Manager in February 2020. During this time, he has supported Criticaleye Community Members, both executive & non-executive, across multiple sectors and experience bases, in challenges strategic, stakeholder and leadership focused. Max also puts his energies into developing and chairing events, in the form of panel interviews and learning streams in Criticaleye Forums and Pop-Up Boards, for the strategic challenges of individual Community Members.
Prior to that Max spent over 7 years in Financial Services and his last 2 years in the role of UK Client and Supplier Relationship Manager for Computershare Limited, a global financial organisation headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. Computershare Loan Services UK is the mortgage servicing subsidiary, managing books on behalf of clients both externally such as TSB, Sainsbury's Bank & M&S Bank, and within the Computershare Group. Max was responsible for suppliers achieving KPIs, identifying potential issues, working through client/supplier challenges on-site, acting as a business-wide point of contact & SME and liaising with clients to report on performance and governance. Max was responsible for supplier relationships, such as 4 Lawyers Top 100 firms, Asset Managers, Field Agents and LPA Receivers.
Outside of work, Max’s passion is for running and sports in general. He regularly runs the half-marathon distance and occasionally the full marathon, including the TCS New York Marathon. Max has played club level tennis in the north of England and now for his club Coolhurst in north London, in which time he has learnt to tone down his competitive spirit – on the surface at least. He lives in Crouch End with his partner of 6 years; no children or pets thus far.
