Max joined Criticaleye as a Relationship Manager in February 2020. During this time, he has worked as a trusted advisor to Criticaleye community members, typically at C or Board-level; both executive & non-executive; in a sector-agnostic environment. Experienced in navigation discussion and support in challenges strategic, stakeholder and leadership focused. Max also puts his energies into developing and chairing events, in the form of panel interviews and learning streams in Criticaleye Events and Pop-Up Boards.

Prior to that Max spent over 7 years in Financial Services and his last 2 years in the role of UK Client and Supplier Relationship Manager for Computershare Limited, a global financial organisation headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. Computershare Loan Services UK is the mortgage servicing subsidiary, managing books on behalf of clients both externally such as TSB, Sainsbury's Bank & M&S Bank and other divisions within the Computershare Group. Max was responsible for supplier performance, auditing supplier process and presenting reports to clients who owned the assets beign serviced. Max managed relationships relationships with partners at Lawyers Top 100 firms and global Asset Managers.

Outside of work, Max’s passion is for running and sports in general. He has completed one marathon, several half marathons and an Olympic distance triathlon. Max has played club level tennis for the last decade, in which time he has learnt to tone down his competitive spirit – on the surface at least. He lives in Loughton with his fiancée, who works in the fashion industry.
