Deborah is CEO of Addo Food Group, which trades as Pork Farms Ltd and Pork Farms Caspian. The Group is a £350m chilled savoury pastry business supplying the top four retailers from six manufacturing sites.
Deborah studied food science and has spent 30 years working in the food industry across ambient and chilled sectors. She held a variety of management roles across her career covering many aspects of businesses. Starting as a food technologist she spent 10 years in the product development and technical functions before changing careers to production and factory management which led to her site GM/MD roles.
She has managed single and multi-sites and is known for her ability to turn loss making businesses around and build high performing teams.
Following an advanced management and women leadership training programme at Insead in 2018, Deborah saw a rapid elevation to COO with responsibility for three of the company’s six UK sites. Earlier this year she became CEO with full leadership control of the Addo Food Group.
She has received Business Woman of the Year and Inspirational Woman of the Year in Women in Business awards. She lives in Nottingham.
