Brian is Chair of Booking Holdings Financial Services International Limited, part of the Booking Holdings Group (NASDAQ:BKNG) which is the world's leading provider of online travel and related services.
He is also Chair of Oaklee Housing which plays a significant role in delivering much needed housing.
Brian was formerly Chair of Bank of Montreal Europe plc for 9 years, which is the pan-European banking entity of the Canadian BMO Financial Group, the 10th largest bank in the U.S.
Brian was Chair of Cross Project Finance, a property investment, development and green energy company and was an International Mentor at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in the Middle East.
He was Chair of Continuum Commerce, a payement technology company, and Chair of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Centre (GRCTC) pioneering large language model research.
He was Chair of the Dublin City University Foundation during its expansion phase and he chaired a Government committee that oversaw the restructuring of public investment in science, technology and innovation.
As a senior executive, Brian was a former Managing Director and Board Director at Citibank Europe plc.
Brian has an MSc in Investment and Treasury (MIT) with Honours and was also a part-time lecturer on that programme.
