Neya joined Criticaleye in 2020 as a Business Research Associate, initially focusing on the energy and utilities sector. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of customer-focused roles and now leads initiatives within the CFO vertical as Account Manager and CFO Lead, while continuing to work across the energy and utilities sector, supporting senior executives across corporate accounts and driving business growth.
Before Criticaleye, she worked in the education sector, supporting children with special educational needs.
She graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2018 with a degree in Psychology, gaining a strong foundation in human behaviour, cognition, and mental health.
