Neya Patel
Account Manager & CFO Lead
Neya began her journey with Criticaleye in November 2020 as a Business Research Associate, focusing on the energy and utilities sector. Within seven months, she was promoted to Senior Business Research Associate.
She then transitioned into an Account Executive role, expanding her responsibilities into business development and client engagement. By October 2023, Neya was appointed the Senior Account Executive and CFO Lead, overseeing the CFO vertical. As of September 2024, Neya was promoted to Account Manager and CFO Lead. In this capacity, she manages relationships with C-suite executives, drives business growth and leads the company's CFO-focused initiatives.
Prior to joining Criticaleye, Neya worked in the education sector, where she worked closely with children with special educational needs.
She graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2018 with a degree in Psychology, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, cognitive processes and mental health.
Outside of work, Neya enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures, often visiting exotic destinations around the world. She also enjoys going to the gym and engaging in activities outside of her comfort zone (most recently learning how to trapeze), and she is a regular spa goer. Neya's also an avid reader and is particularly drawn to psychological thrillers and TV series!
