Chin Seng is a Board Mentor with Criticaleye, based in Singapore. His other mentoring portfolio includes working with corporate clients, business owners, professionals, and with non-profit leaders from Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL). He also lectures at Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy as an affiliated faculty.

Chin Seng serves as a Board Member in the HR Committee of a leading multi-services social service agency, Fei Yue. He is also a Board Member and Curriculum Development Director at Compass@Campus, an institute working in partnership with universities to develop next generation of future leaders.

In his former executive career, Chin Seng was Vice President of People & Organisation for Asia Pacific & Russia at Royal Canin, a division of Mars Inc. There, he was a member of the global HR leadership team and co-pilot to the President of the region. He had a track record of developing senior leaders, and his business units in this region were consistently ranked top 5 in “Great Place to Work”.

Chin Seng has a rounded Asia Pacific experience which includes several stints living in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Bangkok, working with Fortune 500 companies including Cadbury, Tesco and Seagram. His areas of expertise include talent development, organisational development and culture transformation.
