Chin Seng holds portfolio roles across corporate, nonprofit, and academia. He serves on the Boards of The Food Bank Singapore and Fei Yue Family Services, both are accredited Institutions of Public Character. He is also an affiliate faculty member with Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy and SMU Executive Development.
In his executive career, Chin Seng had held senior leadership roles which entailed multiple international assignments to high-growth markets. As Vice President, People & Organisation for Asia Pacific, Russia & Belarus at a top-tier FMCG headquartered in the US/Europe, he sat on the global HR leadership team and partnered closely with the regional President as co-pilot. Under his leadership, his business units consistently ranked top five in “Great Place to Work” surveys, and he had built a strong track record in developing culturally agile senior leaders who delivered great results.
