Chin Seng is a C-suite Career and Leadership Mentor with diverse industry experience with Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate in unlocking human potential and building high performance and collaborative organization culture.

In his portfolio career, Chin Seng is a Board Mentor with Criticaleye (UK), focussing on individual executive development for FTSE 250 Board members, C-suite executives, and Asia Leadership Teams. He also works with Global Business Network (GBN) to mentor business owners and professionals from SMEs. In his personal capacity, Chin Seng volunteers with National Volunteer and Philanthropic Council (NVPC) as a mentor for leaders from non-profit organizations and serves on the Boards of Social Service Agencies. He is also an affiliated faculty member with Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy and SMU Executive Development on Talent Management.


In his former executive career, Chin Seng had developed a rounded Asia Pacific experience including several international assignments to high-growth priority markets. His last appointment was Vice President of People & Organisation for Asia Pacific & Russia at Royal Canin, a division of Mars Inc. There, he was a member of the global HR leadership team and co-pilot to the President of the region. He had a track record of developing senior leaders, and his business units in this region were consistently ranked top 5 in “Great Place to Work”.
