John-Paul is a Managing Director within Accenture’s Talent & Organisation practice. He leads the CEO Transformation capability globally and specialises in working with Boards and CEOs to design and execute transformational work.
 
With over 30 years of consulting experience, John-Paul helps boardroom and C-suite leaders reposition in order to successfully design, navigate and deliver in transformational situations. He has extensive experience in strategy activation, organisational and operating model restructuring, business turnaround, integration, culture change and cost take-out initiatives.
 
He previously founded and led Oliver Wyman’s Organisational Effectiveness practice globally.
 
John-Paul earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Middlesex University in 1991.
