Terence's background is in the creative sector. Having set up Deep Crucible, a music events business, his passion for working in events ultimately led to him joining WPP agency, MPG. He spent the next decade working in the world of experiential events and creative content production, with clients such as Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi, EY, PwC, Deloitte, GSK, and Roche. During this time, he also onboarded and managed the Google account, with two years spent embedded in the YouTube Space, at Google's Kings Cross office.
He then went on to work as Head of Brand and Innovation with the British Franchise Association, where he oversaw a full rebrand and new website launch, before spending more time agency side in client services, at independent creative and brand growth agencies ('ZAG', and 'The Creative').
Reporting to Andrew Minton, TC is Account Director on the Criticaleye Advisory Team. He is responsible for looking after Advisory Members and Programme Partners, building relationships and connecting them with our Executive Members. He also has a focus on leveraging his network to find new Partners, who can bring value to the Criticaleye Community.
Outside of work, TC has a lifelong passion for live music, and is an enthusiastic amateur cook (with a particular love for fiery foods). He lives with his wife, Emma, their young daughter, Audrey, and BB the cat (named after BB King). Sometimes he manages to go for a run too!
