Maryam is an Operations Executive for the Relationship Management team at Criticaleye. She is responsible for providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.

In her additional capacity as the Board Mentoring Admin Lead, Maryam oversees the administrative infrastructure of Criticaleye’s mentoring initiatives. She is coordinating the logistics that allow for successful leadership development, ensuring that the framework supporting board-level mentors and mentees is robust, efficient, and aligned with the organization's mission of enhancing leadership performance.
Maryam studied Art and Literature at University. She previously worked as an education programme assistant, and also in a customer facing role in the luxury fashion industry, which allowed her to develop her interpersonal skills.
Outside of work, Maryam enjoys painting, reading books and travelling. She loves adventure holidays and listening to music.
