Chie is currently Board Member at Willgroup Inc. (human resource services) helping management in the areas of global management control, finance, organization development, diversity acceleration, and corporate governance. She has also previously been a Board Member at Meiko Network Japan, an education business. She just started as Board Member of a start-up aiming for listing.
Chie has experience operating as CFO for multinationals in Japan. She has been senior finance positions for the Japanese branches of Walmart (Seiyu G.K.), Kellogg's, Lenovo, MacDonalds and Proctor & Gamble. Through this, she has accumulated various finance experience including strategy building, mid-long term financial planning, budget management, investment analysis, cash forecast, accounting, tax, internal control for Japan business unit and Asia HQ.
Chie also provides consulting & advisory services to help corporate planning/finance & accounting departments in Japanese companies to grow sales by improving business control process and system as well as developing FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) professionals. She is passionate on activities to help women managers to grow.
