Members of the Criticaleye Community gathered at this Discussion Group, chaired by PA Consulting's Tim Lawrence and Julie Metelko to examine the issues surrounding supply chain risk in a down-turning economy. The group looked at five key risk areas, which included: strategic; financial; operational; qualitative; compliance - and then discussed the best practices for mitigating them in a recession.
