Making Your Company's Supply Chain Sustainable

Making supply chains sustainable and being perceived by consumers as doing so is today important for companies and their suppliers.

How does an organisation make a business case for something that is based on controversial views or scientific claims that are difficult to verify in the near term but can have devastating consequences in the long?

Furthermore, what should companies and their suppliers do in the short term that is verifiably ‘good for the environment,’ doesn’t harm the bottom or top lines but ideally adds to both? This Discussion Group, chaired by Cass Business School's Mohan Sodhi, explored these issues and more.
