Workplace Equality: In It Together

Laura Haynes, Co-Chair of the UN Women’s National Committee UK, explains how businesses are getting involved in the UN’s global drive to deliver gender parity. Here's what you can do:

  • Sign up to the United Nation's HeForShe Campaign
  • Select the company's three steps towards equality and tackle the task one bit at a time
  • Pick you own three steps and bring other members of the team in to do the same
  • Get men involved: Change won't happen by excluding half of the population
  • Feed back your learnings to the UN so they can add it to their global study on the efficiacay of such initiatives
