The Evolution of the Agile Organisation

This report by PA Consulting looks how businesses can employ agile to improve the experience of their customers and people while delivering market-beating results.

An agile organisation is one where humans work in aware, alert, inclusive and responsive teams. Where people tune into and bounce off each other, attentively and rapidly responding to their customers and competition.

Nearly three-quarters of the 500 business leaders surveyed for the report believe that a company’s ability to respond rapidly to change will make the difference between success and failure, and so an agile approach is becoming increasingly critical.

The five dimensions of agility explored are:

1. Centre on your customer
2. Speed up time to value
3. Design for simplicity
4. Build to evolve
5. Liberate your people
