To understand this value, it is essential to measure:

Talent: the way companies manage their human capital when it comes to aspects including compensation, development, diversity and culture.
Innovation and consumer trends: how businesses fulfil unmet needs and maintain a focus on the end user to ensure continued relevance.
Society and environment: the impact on external stakeholders and communities.
Governance: the effectiveness of the board in providing appropriate oversight, governance mechanisms to ensure board quality and the ability of leadership to deliver long-term strategy.
