Total Enterprise Reinvention

The pandemic has accelerated the process of digital transformation across all industries, with leaders increasingly seeking to build out the digitised core of their businesses. This research by Criticaleye Partner, Accenture, stresses that now is the time for senior leaders and their teams to embrace Total Enterprise Reinvention. Now post-pandemic, a new group of companies known as the “Reinventors” are transforming, over time, every part of their company around a digital core that creates a culture and capability for continuous reinvention. Read more to find out how you can help your company become a reinventor.

Key takeaways include:

  • On average, 76 percent of a US worker’s tasks could be reinvented by combining new technologies and new ways of working.
  • Companies that plan to adopt next-generation AI and advanced computational methods – while tapping ecosystem partners and networks – are 2.6 times more likely to increase revenue by 10 percent or more, than companies not pushing toward the leaning edge in these areas.
  • 97 percent of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that technology in general plays a critical role in all current and future reinvention strategies, as well as transformation programs for your organisation.
