This report by Criticaleye Partner Workday, alongside international research specialist Vanson Bourne, carries out an independent assessment of the use of AI so far and provides a way forward for business leaders in their adoption of AI.

Key takeaways include:

  • 73 percent of business leaders feel pressure to increase AI adoption.
  • 81 percent of decision-makers agree that AI is required to keep their business competitive.
  • Among the companies measuring the ROI of AI and ML deployments, the results are favourable – with 42 percent exceeding their expected ROI and 37 percent at their expected ROI.
