Our Board Mentor, Tom Taylor, tells us that great leaders are leaders of people and the benefit of executive mentoring. Tom is a dual qualified accountant who has worked in the energy, health, education, water, agriculture, environment and manufacturing sectors of our economy. He has more than 32 years’ experience working at Board level in the public, private and third sectors as a chair, NED, chief executive, finance director and commercial director.
