Asia Leadership Research Result 2024

In this research, we surveyed senior executives across Criticaleye’s Leadership Community in Asia to understand the key business challenges and opportunities in the region.

Key findings from this year’s Asia Leadership Research:
  • Strengthening leadership capability and improving business performance rank as the top two priorities for leaders
  • 73% express confidence in the APAC economic region.
  • Only 38% state that their management team can effectively navigate strategic uncertainty.
  • 92% recognise the importance of external reference points.
  • Stablishing common goals emerges as the greatest challenge of leading a regional team.

In a recent Asia Leadership podcast, our esteemed guest speaker, a seasoned executive based in Asia, shared invaluable insights about navigating the path to success as a Group CEO. The discussion covered the challenges of leadership, organisational resilience, and the ever-changing landscape of technology. Click here to listen to this episode featuring special guest William Lo, Chair, DazMaster and Board Mentor, Criticaleye.
