Supply Chain 2025: Making It Happen


This discussion followed on from the March 2008 Discussion Group at Cass Business School entitled ‘Vision 2025: The Future of Supply Chain & Procurement’. The March Discussion Group looked at how organisations should be preparing for the Supply Chain in 2025, while this discussion was broken into two parts:

1. Scenario Planning – the potential scenarios that could affect future supply chains were considered. The group brainstormed possible realities of the future.

2. The People Implications – delegates named the skills needed in today’s supply chain professionals and predicted what those for 2025.
