Asia Leadership Research Results – November 2024


In this research, we surveyed senior leaders across Criticaleye's leadership community in Asia to explore the critical trends and priorities shaping the region. 

Key findings from this year’s Asia Leadership Research: 

  • Strengthening leadership capability and new technology rank as the top two priorities for leaders 
  • 51% identify managing relationships at a higher level as the most significant challenge when transitioning from a divisional or regional executive role to a group executive role 
  • 75% state that they expect to conduct M&A over the next 12 months 
  • Improved organisational agility is identified as the biggest change occurring in the organisations 
  • 47% would like to allocate more resources toward skills and talent development to make the organisation more customer-centric 
  • 94% believe that they and their leadership teams require external reference points, to varying extents
