Europe’s fastest-growing energy businesses are a force for good throughout the continent, underpinning efforts to combat climate change with a focus on renewable energy and smart technology, finds this report by Pinsent Masons. 

Research findings from leaders in these fast-growth businesses include:

  • 49 percent say that political instability is an obstable
  • 77 percent say they expect major oil and gas and utility companies to move into the renewables space
  • 55 percent pick environmental regulation as the most challenging legal / regulatory matter over the next three years
  • 88 percent say government incentive schemes / pilot schemes drive decisions around technology investment
