Financial Skills for Life

A growing amount of research is now corroborating the link between physical & mental health and financial wellbeing. Although employers are increasingly providing support to employees regarding their physical & mental state, financial wellbeing support frequently remains somewhat neglected. In their latest report, Criticaleye Advisory Partner, Brewin Dolphin, shares their recent findings and suggests how organisations can empower their employees to make better-informed financial decisions.

Key takeaways include:
  • 94 percent of UK-based employees stated that their finances caused them some degree of stress.
  • 1 in 5 employees report that they are “just about managing” financially.
  • Employees suffering from financial stress are almost thirteen times more likely to be unable to complete daily tasks.
