Mark Inskip leads the digital specialty for the CRM practice in Europe and has worked within the digital arena for over ten years. Since joining Accenture three years ago, he has worked on a broad range of projects, from scoping and defining e-commerce platform capabilities to developing winning online adoption programmes. Prior to joining Accenture, Mark held leadership roles within in sales and marketing at organisations including British Gas, 3M and Akzo Nobel and was named as one of the UK's Rising Stars in Marketing 2007, by Campaign magazine.
